All gemstones and parcels displayed by Satao Color are subject to prior sale and availability. Inventory may change without notice.

Submission of an inquiry does not constitute a reservation or confirmed transaction unless expressly confirmed in writing by Satao Color.

Satao Color makes every effort to accurately represent gemstone color, appearance, and characteristics through photography and video captured in natural lighting conditions.

Due to variations in screens, lighting environments, and the unique nature of natural gemstones, slight differences in appearance may occur.

Carat weights, dimensions, origins, and treatment information are provided in good faith based on available information and industry-standard practices.

All pricing, quotations, and trade terms are subject to change without notice until confirmed in writing.

Trade pricing displayed within approved trade accounts is confidential and intended solely for authorized users.

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of sale. Ownership of goods remains with Satao Color until full payment has been received and confirmed.

Satao Color reserves the right to cancel or decline transactions at its discretion.

Shipping arrangements may be facilitated by Satao Color; however, risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon confirmed delivery to the shipping carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local compliance requirements.

Due to the unique and natural nature of colored gemstones, all sales are considered final unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to shipment.

Approved trade clients operating under separate memo or inspection agreements remain subject to the terms of those agreements.

Access to private trade inventory and dealer pricing is restricted to approved users. Satao Color reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke trade access at any time.

Trade account information and pricing may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

All website content, photography, branding, logos, videos, and written materials are the property of Satao Color unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
