Satao Color offers domestic and international shipping for approved purchases and trade transactions. Due to the unique and natural nature of colored gemstones, all sales are considered final unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to shipment.
Shipping Methods
Shipments are arranged through trusted domestic and international carriers selected based on destination, value, and security requirements.
Shipping methods may include insured courier services, specialized logistics providers, or hand-carry arrangements where appropriate.
Processing Time
Shipping timelines vary depending on:
- payment confirmation,
- export requirements,
- destination country,
- and shipment value.
Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of sale.
Insurance & Risk
Shipments may be insured when requested or deemed appropriate by Satao Color.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Signature Requirements
Signature confirmation may be required for certain shipments.
Customs & Duties
International purchasers are responsible for any applicable:
- customs duties,
- import taxes,
- VAT,
- brokerage fees,
- or local compliance requirements.
Satao Color is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or import regulations.
Shipping Restrictions
Satao Color reserves the right to decline shipments to certain destinations or jurisdictions where shipping restrictions, security concerns, or legal limitations may apply.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Purchasers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Satao Color is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address details supplied by the customer.
Returns & Final Sale
Due to the unique and natural nature of colored gemstones, all sales through Satao Color are considered final unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to shipment.
Inspection & Trade Terms
Approved trade clients operating under separate memo, inspection, or approval arrangements remain subject to the terms outlined within those agreements.
Any inspection period, return authorization, or special terms must be confirmed in writing before shipment.
Damaged Shipments
If an item arrives damaged, the purchaser must notify Satao Color within 24 hours of delivery and retain all original packaging materials for insurance and carrier review purposes.
Stone Representation
Satao Color makes every effort to accurately represent gemstones through natural-light photography and video. Variations in screen calibration, lighting environments, and viewing conditions may affect perceived appearance.
Natural inclusions and characteristics are inherent to colored gemstones and do not constitute defects unless otherwise disclosed.
Unauthorized Returns
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
